He has represented the party in numerous institutional and electoral appearances, in which he has stressed the importance of building democratic consensus, professionalizing political leadership and creating citizen mechanisms for evaluating elections.

Insurance executive with more than three decades of experience in the Venezuelan market. He was president of C.N.A. de Seguros La Previsora and of Seguros Los Andes. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, Boston. In recent years he has devoted himself to spreading knowledge about economic rights, private property and the monetary problems of the Venezuelan economy.

Industrial relations specialist, union activist and defender of labor rights. He is a member of the board of directors and labor director of Siderúrgica del Orinoco (SIDOR), where he represents the 20% of the company's Class B worker shareholders. His union work has focused on restoring the rights of workers in Venezuela's basic industries, on labor co-management and on making workers shareholders in their companies.

Attorney practicing in Caracas, graduate professor of Legal Marketing at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and author of analyses on legal practice. In aviation, he trained as a private pilot and has in-depth knowledge of national and international regulations: the Venezuelan Aeronautical Regulations (RAV), the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and those of the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
